Overview
Mine furnace is a general term for various submerged arc furnaces such as iron alloy furnace, calcium carbide furnace, yellow phosphorus furnace, electric melting steel jade furnace, boron carbide furnace, cyanide salt furnace.
Usage
Mainly used to reduce smelting ore, carbonaceous reducing agent and other raw materials.
Structural Features
The load of the mine furnace transformer is continuous and stable, the impedance voltage is low, the number of voltage regulation stages is large, the level difference is small, and the overload capability is strong. It can be divided into two types: loaded and non-excited voltage regulation. Generally, the first few stages of constant capacity output, the last few stages of constant current output.
